If you’re female, over 17 and in Humboldt, read

North Star Quest Camp is a camp for middle school aged girls of Humboldt County. Though it is $550 per camper, most girls attend on full or partial scholarships. Each week session is filled with workshops, bonding, and river swimming. If you are a woman hoping to inspire girls to become amazing women, this camp is for you.

There is a small stipend to be a Cabin Counselor.

Camp Dates: Session 1 is July 28-Aug. 1      and    Session 2 is Aug. 4-8
(remember staff come out the day before)

Counselor trainings will be held Tuesday evenings from 6-8pm April 16,
May 21, June 4 & 18 and July 23. Saturday July 13 will be the full-day
review and sharing of mini-workshops.

All trainings are mandatory and are how we build a solid sense of TEAM
with our awesome crew of ladies, with a few exceptions for you
returners who may be out of the area, and who will need to make
specific commitments to connect with your co-counselors ahead of time.

Practice the Dance!

There is a “Breaking the Chains” dance that we will be performing at 2:14pm on 2/14 on the Plaza. You can dance however you want or come practice with us:

et with VOX club at HSU tonight and they are generously offering up daytime dance practice space on HSU campus! Keep checking back for updates and new practices being added at HSU to the schedule.

- Tues., Feb. 12, 4:00 - 4:45 pm - SBMS
